Charles Xavier sheds the Jean-Luc Picard look.
If you like the X-Men, you must get this figure. A few years back, They put a couple professor X figures out in concert with the blockbuster X-men movies. Those were very limited in their articulation, and they looked like Patrick Stewart! This new Marvel Legends Professor Xavier is in the same old wheelchair yet, the figure has been redesigned and is much more articulate this time around! Plus, the old figure's legs were very loose and useless for posing. I understand the character is paraplegic, but in the comics he experienced periods of full-mobility (not to mention when he was in the astral plane he could walk and run etc...). Well, this new figure has the use of his legs so you can stand him up and, if necessary, have him throw down a couple roundhouse kicks to magneto and his boys! Overall, a most excellent figure indeed!
MARVEL LEGENDS PROFESSOR X IS EXCELLENT!!
This figure is great!! It has loads of potential for kids, collectors, and customizers. As a figure itself, the X-Men wouldn't be complete without their founder and leader, Professor X. The figure is perfectly articulated so as not to destroy the appearance of his suit. All the joints were tight and nicely concealed. His wheelchair is the same as the one as the movie Professor X, only painted differently. There is also a Cerebro helmet that fits snugly on the figure's head and an X-Men comic that has Prof. X battling another mentally powerful mutant--a real meeting of the minds. For you customizers out there, if you ever wanted to put Dr. Strange or Mr. Fantastic in a suit, then this is the figure for you. He is part of the Galactus Series. Which means instead of getting a wall mountable base, you get a piece of Galactus' huge 16 inch body. When you get all 7 figures in this series, the pieces can be joined together to make the 8th figure in the series--Galactus, Devourer of...
Some are Better in Theory
It Takes a Lot of Imagination to Play with a Guy in a Wheelchair Who Reads Minds. Certainly Not a Reason to Steer Clear of Him. He's Essential to Any X-Men Collection and Comes with (Arguably) the Most Important Piece of Galactus. It's Just Hard to Come Up with Interesting Ways to Pose Him. But You'll Never Have to Worry about Him Falling Over : ) I Did Fashion a Makeshift Blanket from an Old Flannel Shirt which Works for Covering His Legs, to Give Another Option. An Unexpected Bonus Came in the Sense that Any X-Men Figure that has Trouble Standing On it's Own, that Figure can Now Push Xavier around. That's Great if You've Purchased Any of the Movie Tie-In Figures, Particularly the Females which are Notorious for Falling Over. The Sculpt and Paint Jobs are Top Notch with Great Attention to Detail, Especially On the Chair. Certainly Not the Worst in the Galactus (or Any Other) Series, and a Long Awaited Figure in the Marvel Legends Realm.

Marvel Legends Bullseye
this is toy perfection on the american mass market level. this is the first figure to have a medium frame (body) that is super articulated, down to individual finger movement. everything from the engineering, sculpt, and articulation on this very popular Marvel character simply screams perfection. i have purchased this gem about 20 times, and it is a good base for custom figures. to this day, this figure is unrivaled in the US mass market. i highly recommend this figure.

DEATHLOK IS A SURE THING FOR FUN...
From the Galactus Series (or Series 9) comes the Deathlok action figure. Probably not so well known as some other characters, but this figure makes up for it in style. Well articulated with nicely fitted joints. Very nice paint job, too. This figure will not disappoint you. He comes with a gun that is attached to his chest. The gun goes in his right hand or the left, but the right hand has a peg on it where the gun can be placed onto it. As I mentioned, he is part of the Galactus Series. Which means that instead of a wall mountable display base, you get a piece of Galactus' huge 16 inch body. When you get all 7 figures in this series, the pieces can be joined together to make the 8th figure in the series--Galactus, Devourer of Worlds and arch nemesis of the Fantastic Four. A very nice marketing technique by ToyBiz. Everyone should surely buy all the figures in order to get Galactus. He truly does look amazing when he is assembled. Deathlok also comes with a comic book to...
Meh...
I Wrote an In-Depth Review On a Different Deathlok Post. Terrible Figure, Lame Character. Only Got Him for the Galactus Piece. Top Heavy, Can't Support His Own Weight. Could've Used the Base, but then He Wouldn't have the Galactus Piece and No One would've Bought Him...
COOL
WHEN I HEARED THAT TOY BIZ WAS MAKEING A DEATHLOCK I WAS VERY SUPRIZED BECAUSE NO ONE KNOWS WHO DEATHLOCK IS. ONCE I GOT HIM I PUT HIM ON MY SHELF AND LOOKED AT HIM FOR A WHILE HE HAS A GREAT PAINT JOB. BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE THING THE GUN WONT STAY ON HIS BACK.

Cool Figure!
I think this figure is awsome. The costume is accurate to his costume in the comics. I'm 13 and I know everthing about the bigger marvels. Spider-man,punisher, and my favorite Daredevil. And Bullseye is my favorite villian that all of these guys have fought. The coolest thing about him is that he never misses(He misses the super heros though). But from the target on his mask to the tips of his boots, this figure is awsome. It is fully poseable and makes a good playing toy. The comic book is awsome as well. It includes Dardevil. but anyway, it is cool.
A Pleseant Surprise
Bullseye was One of My Final Purchases in the Galactus Series. Even though He is Usually a Well-Written Character, his "Traditional" Costume has Always Looked Tacky and Gaudy to Me. After Attaching the Galactus Piece, I Got a Good Look at the Figure. Great Sculpt, Good Shaping on the Muscles and Costume. But the Face was the Kicker. Great Detail, Ferocious Expression and Elegant Bone Structure. With Articulation like the Early Spider-Man Figures, but a Slightly Beefier Build, He Quickly Rose to the Top of My Selection of Villians. I'm Certainly Not Lacking in Daredevils for Him to Fight, Either : ) Being One of the Lithe (although Not Particularly Top Heavy) Characters Does Make Him a bit Tricky to Pose, But Much Easier than War Machine or Deathlok. I Try to Pose Him on Existing Structures in the Room (like a Window Sill or Entertainment Center) or Put Him on a Base. A Great Figure and Certainly Worth the Investment.

Our intrepid reporter Mike Walker traversed almost the entire state of California, driving from San Diego up to San Francisco to attend WonderCon 2011 and do an interview about DC Universe Classics with the gang at Mattel.   This is that interview!  WonderCon was the 2nd stop on Mattel’s ‘Collector Appreciation Tour’, which includes new reveals, contests and even it’s own JLU exclusives.  You can get more information about Mattel’s ‘Collector Appreciation Tour’ at the end of this interview, but for now let’s get to the questions and the answers!

As you know, forum member JQ (David Galan) and myself, SDcomics (Mike Walker) made the trip from warm, sunny Southern California to the chilly, foggy North lands to attend the 25th Annual WonderCon in San Francisco on the first weekend of April. While we were there, we got to spend some time in Matty’s basement with the Mattel team. Mattel was there as part of their 2011 collector appreciation tour.
