Rare item, it is...
Although the item painting is not as bright as shown in the picture, Apocalypse figure is worth every cent to complete your Marvel universe collection. Actually I never seen this item in my country. Plus bonus comic from 1996 this is "must have" item for Marvel fans, especially X-men fans. But if you are not collector don`t bother to get it, the item is above average price and it cost me about USD30 for shipping fee only. Anyway it`s good bussiness what Amazon did...
Super Rare Apocalypse
This Apocalypse figure is very hard to find and when you do find it its pricy. I got lucky and found one for $40 but trust me you won't get it cheaper than that. This Apocalypse action figure has become a rare Marvel Legends figure along with Deadpool, Variant Wolverine, and a few others. It's an excellent figure for display and it brings a nice comic issue of X-factor.

fantastic
If you know the marvel legends toy line, then you know how hard it is to find a figure that has a great balance of posability and sturdiness. This is one of the best in that department. Incredibly detailed and articulated, yet stands up well and is quite sturdy.
The hair does make the head a bit difficult to move, so some may be interested in the bald variant of the same figure. No complaints here though, the figure even has little pegs on the hands to help hold the guns,(they definitely should have done that with more of the figures) and two holsters to store them in.
I am new to marvel but this thing ROCKS!!!!!!!!!

A dark assembling recreated the Weapon X program using damaged DNA bewitched from the mutan now known as Wolverine, the denouement was X-23. This kind is much more appealing than the purple variety and should have been released as the uninterrupted adaptation. However, it has the same facer as all of the Marvel Legends short-listed for, naff persuadable! So if you buy this and communicate it, be very, very, very fastidious with all of the joints! Marvel Legends: Apocalypse Series pt. 1

Figures from this set: Part 1: "Astonishing X-Men" Wolverine Bishop Iron Fist X-23 Maestro (Hulk) Part 2: Sasquatch Apocalypse

Why do my Apocalypse Marvel Legends figures come in different colours?

ch33ky asks: I have bought some Marvel Legends figures independently from ebay.

Some of the components have the light blue legs with black blue shading, whereas on some of the boxes the build a figures legs and arms are livid. This is going to lead to having a multi coloured apocalypse :(

Are there rare variations as to which country the figure comes from? Otherwise the units look indistinguishable.

Ta muchly :)

Andy answers: Toybiz made the down Apocalypse pieces first. Somewhere through the run they started making them in black. They are both from US market. The mortal figures run about the same in price as far as collectors go. The finished Apocalypse in black is $10 more than one in downhearted. I wouldn't put a mismatched blue/black together, unless you in the final analysis want an Apocalypse.
