Review: Green Lantern: The Sinestro Corps War, Vol 2It's a must have for a Green Lantern fan, I love the sotry and the art, and it looks great in my bookshelf next to the other Green Lanter graphic novels.
Excellent companionWhile this book is needed to fully appreciate the Sinestro Corp War, I'd say read it just for the great stories and excellent handling of these characters. Its a great way to see just how some of these known villians became members of the corp, and what their alterior motives are.
Short helpful reviewThis book must have at one side "Sinestro Corps War COMPANION". It tells a few storys of some Sinestro Corps members and how they got their fame and ergo the sinestro yellow ring. Besides it gives some (little) background to a few GL Corps members, fallen Lanterns and places in OA.
This book is not absolutely necessary to get the Sinestro Corps War saga, but it asnwer a few couple of minor questions.
The book is not bad, but I'm giving it 3 stars because, if you think (like me) that you should read this book soon after finishing Sinestro corps War 1 and 2, well, forget it!. It will result anti-climactic and boring. The art is not so good either.
Get it only if you MUST know everything about GL (even if is not relevant). Be warned.
Part 2 of the Best GL StoryI am a fan of Green Lantern (especially Hal Jordan). Unfortunately, you have to find the right story. There have been as many misses as hits. This is most definitely a hit. Geoff Johns writes a great GL story.
I'm not going to give a detailed review (there are enough of those). Just stating, if you read only one GL story, get this one (along with part 1).

Definitely a game changer.
This volume contains more of the epic, action-packed mosaics from the first.
